Policies

Check In: 4:00 P.M. Check Out: 11:00 A.M.:
Check-In: All guests must come to the office to check-in. Guests arriving after office hours will self check-in using a lock box. Please come to the office to get your lock box code and self check-in instructions.

**Guests who arrive after office hours will have their credit card charged before check-in instructions are provided, please make sure your credit card is up to date before arriving.
Check-out: Place your key in the key drop box located next to the office door by 11 a.m. so staff knows you have departed.

2027 Rates: Base cabin rates include up to 3 guests(each child counts as 1 guest), with the option of a maximum of 6 guests (including children) for an additional $10 per person. Cabin 1 is an exception and has a 4 guest maximum(including children). Housekeeping available upon request.

Deposit: Beginning January 2027 a $25 deposit will be authorized via Credit Card, at check in and released on the day of check out.
Reservations and Payment: There is no minimum stay at this property. Reservations may be made up to the day of arrival and must be secured with a valid credit card. Cardholder name and billing country and zip code are required. Credit cards will be charged upon arrival unless you are a late arrival. Guests arriving late will have the credit card used at booking charged for first night at 9p.m. on the day of arrival and payment must be received before self check-in instructions are provided. By providing credit card information and agreeing to these terms, you are authorizing Bluff Gardens to charge the card provided for 1 night stay should you arrive late or not arrive (no show). Please note that office hours vary by season. Please contact the property if you have any questions or need to change your credit card prior to arrival.
Cancellations: All 1 night stay cancellations need to be made 24-hours in advance of arrival, which is 4 p.m. MDT, or one night stay will be charged. Please check your confirmation to ensure you have the correct night(s) booked. If you are a “no show” for the night of your reservation, you will be charged that nights stay. If you have a multi-night reservation you must cancel the amount of room nights you have booked or the first night stay will be charged.

**For example, 1 cabin for 2 nights would require 2 nights advance notice(48 hours). If you are renting multiple cabins the same policy applies. For example, 2 cabins for 2 nights would require 4 days advance notice or 1 night stay per cabin will be charged. Please call if you have any questions about this policy.

Smoking and Damage: All Cabins on this property are smoke free, this includes cigarettes, vape pens and marijuana. Any Cabin interior that smells of smoke, vape, marijuana or any other sort of substance, after guest departure, will be charged a $150 cleaning fee. No exceptions. Smoking is allowed outside only.

Theft or damage of artwork or furnishings will result in a fee based on the cost for repair or replacement. This includes dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. If something is broken please let staff know. This includes the cost to replace damaged bed or bathroom linens. Bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are for showering only. Dirt, Grease & makeup stain easily. Please use provided rags, make up remover towelettes, dish cloth or napkins for clean up or contact staff.

So that we may be ready for our next guest on time we ask that guests please ensure your cabin is left orderly when checking out. Do not remove items, including dishes, linens or furnishings from the cabin or porches and leave them in another cabin. Our staff works very hard to provide a clean environment for each guest and this takes time. Please do not put dirty dishes back in the cupboards and ensure all trash is in one of the waste baskets provided in the cabin. Cabins left excessively unkept after departure will incur a $10 cleaning fee.
Pets: As much as we love all furry friends, at this time we only allow well behaved pets in Cabin #2 with a $25 pet fee. The pet cabin is bookable through our website, please select the rate with the pet fee or call to reserve this cabin. We ask pets not be allowed on furniture due to the damage it causes. Guest will be charged for any damage caused by their pet during the stay. A $50 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of a pet is found in all other cabins.** We welcome Licensed Service Animals as required by law and ask that they be declared when booking so we can plan housekeeping after checkout.

Badminton, BBQ and Fire Pits are located in the courtyard for all guests to use. Please ensure that the recreation items provided are taken care of so that they are usable by the next guests. Do not leave small children unattended on the property at any time. BBQ’s can be used on a first come, first serve basis. Please read all instructions before using the grill. Please make sure gas is turned off when grill is not in use.

Fire Pits can be used when there is no fire ban. Please ask if you are unsure. It is best to bring wood as we don’t always have wood available on site.

Privacy: We respect and are always committed to protecting your privacy. We may need to collect personally identifiable information when you visit our website. We will never sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
